Definitions
Client – a person who used the service provided by the website.
Dispute – order status initiated by the Client due to the unsatisfactory quality of the Product
Full Refund - Client’s request for the return on the fully paid funds.
Order – list of requirements or technical task from the Client with a detailed description of the required service.
Partial Refund - Client's request for the return of the paid funds in the amount less than 50% of the initially submitted sum.
Payment – specific amount of money required for the completion of the task/order.
Product – final version of the task delivered by the writer.
Refund – Client’s request for the return on the paid funds.
User – a person who has created an account on the website and uses/provides services.
Website – the website paper4me.com, owned and operated by the Devoltex LTD.
Writer – a person who is responsible for requested task performance.
1. The Client is eligible for the refund within 20 days from the final deadline. The Client is required to check the product before its approval to ensure that all expectations and initial requirements are met. Refund has to be requested in the corresponding order using specified option available in the order.
2. Resolution of the Client’s claim regarding unsatisfactory quality of the Product has to be resolved through mutual agreement between the Client and the Writer.

2.1. The Client is required to submit a
detailed explanation why the quality of a final Product is
not satisfactory:
- specify sections from initial instructions that were omitted by the writer,
- specify sections from initial instructions that were altered or misunderstood by the writer,
- provide examples from the text that support refund claim,
- specify if any grammar rules were violated,
- provide examples from the text that prove the presence of grammar mistakes,
- provide own version of the Product,
- specify the amount of expected refund.
- 2.2. The refund request should be submitted through the "Request Refund" button only that is available in the Client’s profile. Any requests and/or complaints that are placed through any other means will not be considered as eligible and will not be processed accordingly.
- 2.3. The Writer is required to provide comments regarding every claim that is presented by the Client. The writer is obliged to submit a dispute response within 48 hours from the moment of the dispute initiation. Reply to any continuing message should be provided within 24 hours.
- 2.4. In case any amount other than 100% is selected, Writer may approve this amount and receive partial compensation for the Product.

2.5. When it is not possible to resolve dispute through any negotiations, Website have a right to assess the quality of
the Product and:
- approve a refund in the requested amount;
- approve a refund in different amount;
- reject the refund claim.
- 2.6. Website reserves a right to decline a refund request in cases when the revision was not previously requested unless refund claim is reasonable and relevant.
3. The Client is eligible for a full refund in cases:
- 3.1. Product has plagiarism and/or evidence of the means to bypass the detection of similarity, for example, word order change and implementation of invisible symbols/characters. Product is set as plagiarized, if it is possible to clearly identify a source or multiple sources used by the Writer, and they have not been cited according to the required format.
- 3.2. Extremely poor quality of the Product when no revision is applicable. Quality assessment is conducted by the Website.
- 3.3. Writer does not provide final Product within initially requested deadline and Client does not accept the delayed delivery. In cases when Client approves the delay confirming that in a message, while placing revision or simply stating that the Service has been beneficial, the Order is viewed as delayed and partial refund might be applicable. Client is eligible for full refund due to lateness only if writer’s file has not been downloaded.
- 3.4. The Client decides to cancel the order before the Writer confirms that he/she started working on the order.
4. The Website may issue a partial refund, split payment in any percentage between Client and Writer if Writer has completed the Product according to initial requirements but failed to provide requested corrections.
5. The Website has a right to asses every Product individually based on the claims and arguments, provided by the Client in order to decide the exact amount of refund.
6. The Website has a right to decline to provide Service for any User that is suspected in misusing the Website functions and services or for any User that participates in any type of fraud.
7. The Website has a right to cancel the Order if detected that it has been placed as a result of the fraudulent transaction. Funds may be set on hold until requested by the genuine cardholder.
8. The Client cannot request chargeback instead of a refund.
